Gudeg CakarBahan :- Nangka muda 500 gram, kupas dan potong-potong -- Air kelapa 400 ml -- Santan kental 400 ml dari 2 butir kelapa -- Daun jati 2 lembar -- Gula merah 150 gram, sisir halus -- Daun salam 5 lembar -- Lengkaus 5 cm, memarkan -- Tulang sapi 250 gram, potong -- Cakar/kaki ayam 15 buah, cuci bersih -- Bawang goreng secukupnya -Bumbu halus :- Ketumbar 1 sdt, sangrai -- Bawang merah 10
