Sate Jeroan Bacem PedasBahan :- Babat sapi 250 gram, bersihkan, potong kotak -- Usus sapi 250 gram, bersihkan potong-potong -- Paru sapi 250 gram, bersihkan, potong kotak -- Kecap manis 50-100 ml -- Daun jeruk 2 lembar -- Serai 2 batang, memarkan -- Jahe 2 cm, memarkan -- Daun salam 3 lembar -- Lengkuas 3 cm, memarkan -- Margarin secukupnya -- Air 2 liter -Bumbu halus :- Bawang putih 4 siung --
