SamosaBahan kulit :- 200 gram tepung terigu protein tinggi -- 1/4 sdt garam -- 75 gram margarin -- 40 ml air es -Bahan isi :- 1/2 buah bawang bombay, dicincang halus -- 100 gram daging giling -- 100 gram jamur kancing, dicincang kasar -- 1 sdt kari bubuk -- 1/2 sdt ketumbar bubuk -- 3/4 sdt garam -- 1/2 sdt merica bubuk -- 1/4 sdt gula pasir -- 100 ml santan dari 1/4 butir kelapa -- 2 batangd aun
