Cah Daun Gingseng Bawang BombayBahan :- 2 ikat (350 gram) daun gingseng, dipetiki daunnya -- 75 gram jamur tiram, disuwir kasar -- 2 siung bawang putih, dicincang kasar -- 3 buah cabai merah keriting, dicincang kasar -- 2 buah cabai hijau keriting, dicincang kasar -- 1 sdt kecap asin -- 1/2 sdt garam -- 1/4 sdt merica bubuk -- 1/4 sdt gula pasir -- 1/4 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk -- 50 la ir -- 1 sdt
