PT. Ometraco Arya Samanta (OAS) was founded in 20-11-1987, its businesses were trading, export-import, agency and industries, each activity was held by divisions. In the beginning of 1990, it formed a new division , Trading & Engineering (TE) as a merger of Ometraco Metalwork & Contracting (OMC) which its activity in steel structure and plate work, and PT. Esdesons Engineering Indonesia (Esdesons) which was involved in mechanical work, to OAS which had workshop building of 10.000 m2.
